Meet Dr. Josh Headley

Dr. Josh Headley, a Birmingham native from nearby Gardendale, Alabama, has deep roots in the community. He graduated with honors from the University of Montevallo, where he earned both baseball and academic scholarships, ultimately obtaining a bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry. He then went on to earn his Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from the University of Alabama School of Dentistry.

Following dental school, Dr. Headley completed an advanced surgical training residency at NYU Lutheran, where he honed his skills in cutting-edge surgical and restorative techniques. During this time, he gained extensive experience in bone grafting, implant placement, complex implant restorations, and IV sedation. He is committed to delivering exceptional care to his patients, utilizing the latest technology and procedures. He takes pride in creating a comfortable, fun atmosphere and strives to build strong relationships through his warm, compassionate approach.

Dr. Headley is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Headley enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Rachel, and their children, Stella, Avery, and Frank. As a family, they are often found at the ballpark. Dr. Headley is also a dedicated member of his church and is passionate about his faith and family
